To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣轉凍就諗起想食煲仔飯，朋友介紹咗「憶食尚」，話佢哋嘅臘味全自家製，用嘅米都好講究，咁就一於去試吓，一入到去已經眼前一亮，兩層嘅店舖裝修高雅又彩光度高，感覺已經好舒服，佢哋嘅茶亦都有好多選擇，小有地居然有玄米茶，一於試吓，意料之外地又香又好飲🤩試咗廣式臘味煲仔飯- 打開已經又香又吸引，入面有臘鴨，臘腸，臘肉，服務員非常貼心，會先幫我哋落芫茜、葱同豉油，攪好就比我哋食，佢哋嘅臘腸真係要讚，用咗黑毛豬豬肉同茅台酒製成，有肉香亦有酒香，食到咁上下，服務員仲會過嚟幫我哋整起啲飯焦，平時都鍾意食，不過確實好難鏟起，佢哋呢個服務真係好like，令人食得好滿足🥰黑松露雞煲- 呢個雞煲又係要讃，雞炒得嫩滑，再加上黑松露，高貴得嚟又惹味，真係要試乾貝柱上湯浸菜心- 菜心用最嫩嘅部份，上湯有元貝，蝦米，蒜片，鮮甜美味總括嚟講，呢間煲仔飯真心做得出色，連小菜都做得有水準，而且服務好，要食煲仔飯一定會再嚟👍🏻
