近排食左一間好高質嘅日本居酒屋🏮,餐廳裝修走簡約風,佢哋嘅申子和牛燒一試難忘,用上鹿兒島A4和牛,職員會即場用火槍燒至客人想要嘅生熟度,比較建議5成熟,和牛油脂與嫩滑牛肉融合,入口有溶化嘅感覺,和牛包住生蛋黃與珍珠米食,好好嘅配搭,雖然價錢略貴,但非常值得一試。仲試咗極上蟹膏蟹肉燉飯,用日式style碗盛住,一開蓋有成個蟹蓋做親襯,蟹肉份量好足,蟹肉蟹膏都好新鮮,有鮮甜嘅味道,飯用上珍珠米,外觀圓潤,口感綿密富米香。去得居酒屋就一定要食埋串燒,叫咗豚肉鵪鶉蛋、豚肉香蔥卷、鹽燒雞翼、手作免治雞肉棒,每款串燒非常高質,火候剛好,豚肉串食到豚肉既油脂香係嘴裏面溶化,連埋鵪鶉蛋/蔥食中和返油膩感,而雞肉口感非常嫩滑。而家係Openrice book 位6:30pm或之前或者8:45pm後入座都會送一份和牛壽司🍣,和牛口感軟嫩無比,非常讚👍🏻
