To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鮑魚大大隻肉質非常彈牙,唔會過硬,咬落去係啱啱好嘅口感。

🥢大西洋野生青口
蒸氣鍋嘅做法將青口嘅鮮味鎖住,令到每一隻青口都充滿咗大海嘅味道

🥢加拿大野生海虎蝦
肉質彈牙得嚟又有豐富嘅海鮮味,蝦頭嘅部分亦都非常香濃,比一般嘅蝦頭更加鮮甜

🥢韓國斧山珍珠蠔
食落鮮甜,而且蠔肉肥美多汁

🥢蟹皇大元貝
首先,講下大元貝,佢嘅肉質非常鮮嫩,咬落去有彈性,完全唔會過老,保留住咗海鮮應有嘅鮮味,蟹皇豐富而濃郁,食落去有一陣淡淡嘅蟹香,唔會太膩,蟹皇嘅鹹香味滲入大元貝,兩者完美融合,提升咗層次

🥢蟶子王
蟶子王嘅肉質又長又厚,食落去啲口感好彈牙,蒸氣鍋嘅低溫慢蒸做法好好咁鎖住咗蟶子王嘅水分,完全冇腥味,反而係好自然嘅鮮味,而且餐廳仲清潔得好乾淨洗到白雪雪架

最後當然唔少得充滿海鮮精華嘅粥底,粥底本身係用芋頭、粟米同豬肉呢啲簡單嘅材料,但經過多款海鮮嘅洗禮,味道完全升級!粥煮到好綿密,粥底充滿咗海鮮同材料嘅甘甜
