終於都到我去試呢個日本過江龍千層酥拿破崙Mille-pressé!今日同同事係銅鑼灣食完lunch,就去左附近買甜品食😋黎遠已經見到好搶foc既鋪名,餐廳環境裝修得有種簡潔既型格感,仲有個大透明玻璃可以見到店員製作餅餅既過程,成個feel都幾好,重點係唔洗排隊😙可以慢慢係舖頭chill下呢間係日本海外第一間分店,我見得最多就係有焦糖面既拿破崙膽酥Mille-pressé!如果想一次過試多一款口味,就可以揀Half-Half,自選兩種口味,價錢就會係半價+半價咁(餐單都有列明每種口味既半價係幾多) 另外,原來佢都有咸點叫LA Collation不過我今次就冇試,始終食左lunch 有啲full🙈招牌拿破崙Mille-pressé數量限定 - 白桃吉士味$168我想特別啲,再試左佢數量限定既白桃吉士忌廉醬口味,果然冇失望!😍 首先餅底真係好脆口!焦糖面甜而不膩,但又增加佢既口感。白桃十分香滑,佢唔係甜,但好香!配上吉士醬既甜滑,兩者配搭得好好🤤 一啖咬落去真係感覺到好香又甜又滑又脆,咩都有😚 夏天食有個清爽感係幾好feel😚伯爵紅茶忌廉杏脯果醬 $145另一款口味帶左返office同同事分

另一款口味帶左返office同同事分黎食。頭先嗰款嘅食法係好似漢堡包兩層咬落去咁😂食起上嚟係有啲困難同埋呢hea。不過返到Office同事就用刀切開,呢個食法係方便啲嘅,同埋細細啖,啲cream同杏脯就唔會飛走🙈


講返呢個口味,伯爵紅茶忌廉醬味道好出,再鋪上酸甜可口的杏脯,兩樣野balance得好好👏🏻 即使我take away隔左可能一個鐘先食,個餅底依然好脆,食過既同事都讚不絕口😚
