講開去火炭”津津”食嘢,第一時間個個就知道係食乳鴿同雞粥嗰間。個個都話細細個就食過,原來好出名。蝦,唔記得咩名堂,煎到好脆,味道到正常。柚子骨,雖然份量不多,但係味道剛剛好,有柚子茶嘅柚子味,但又無蓋過肉嘅味道。乳鴿真心好食,拎出嚟嘅時候仲係好熱,好明顯係即炸,啖啖肉。其實不用點淮鹽都得,已經好入味。豉椒鵝腸,有啲肥,但好好食,咬落去好爽,不過分量唔算多。豉椒炒蜆,味道正常,但係食到最後竟然有六七隻唔開殼,仲要本身份量已經少。椒鹽鮮魷,好大條,好厚肉。雞粥,名物之一。講到咁出名就梗係要試吓啦,有好多舊雞件,舊舊都有肉的。雞又真係幾好食喎,好滑,好有雞味。啲粥亦都好綿。真係幾好食😋豉油王炒麵,冇想像中咁好食。好普通墨魚咀,正常炸物。炸雞軟骨拼豆腐,正常炸物。平均每人$215。食到好飽。大排檔來講唔算特別平。

墨魚咀,正常炸物。
炸雞軟骨拼豆腐,正常炸物。
平均每人$215。食到好飽。大排檔來講唔算特別平。
