To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢個新商場，上次見呢間酒樓幾多人幫襯，裝修又幾靚，今日放假就帶咗媽媽嚟食下佢哋啲點心，佢哋每張枱，會畀壺熱水係隔離，煲住畀你自己加水，我覺得咁樣好好，又方便又夠熱第一個到嘅點心係百花蜜蛋散，新鮮整起，又脆又鬆化，不多不少咁澆上咗啲蜜糖同芝麻，好香口第二個到嘅點心係香煎櫻花蝦蘿蔔糕，好特別呀，煎到金黃色好靚，係出面，未食過未見過，佢煎到個蘿蔔糕好香口，其中一面鋪滿曬櫻花蝦，就算唔點醬食，都好夠味第三個到嘅點心係彩虹蝦餃皇，勁大隻蝦餃，好開心，食到裏面有唔止一隻蝦，好滿足，個蝦餃皮薄得嚟又有少少煙煙靭靭，皮薄餡靚第四個到嘅點心係四寶滑雞扎，雖然其他點心都好食，但呢個點心係印象最深刻嘅，好好食，唔似得出面啲酒樓咁，求其包幾嚿嘢畀你，就當係滑雞扎，個冬菇勁大嚿勁厚身，火腿亦都切到好大嚿，最令我難忘係嗰嚿雞肉，大嚿得來亦都好滑，醃嘅味道亦都啱啱好，唔會淡茂茂亦都唔會太鹹，呢個四寶滑雞扎真係好好食第五個到嘅點心係竹笙素翅灌湯餃，灌湯餃個皮好薄，有竹笙亦都有素翅，啲素翅好粗好大條，灌湯餃個餡亦都好食，總括嚟講，灌湯餃個味道好，又唔會太鹹第六個到嘅點心係黑松露蟹籽燒賣，燒賣勁大隻，足
