To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日天氣特別凍，好想食碗熱野，咁啱一行出油麻地地鐵站就見到呢間，門口出哂煙，放滿牛腩、牛什，仲有滾滾熱湯🔥 好吸引🤤 行近門口已經聞到肉香四溢😌崩沙牛腩河唔好好多店有，而且呢間價錢合理，崩沙腩即牛的橫膈膜，是牛腩最矜貴的😍筋膜連肉帶點脂肪，所以肥瘦均勻，入口軟腍好易咬，牛肉味亦好濃郁😌 配菜的蘿蔔亦是亮點，吸收肉香，味道爽甜！ 牛魔王河牛氣衝天💥 喜歡牛什的人必點😝 有牛肚、牛肺、牛膀、牛腸、牛筋、牛腩，足料豐富，一次可以試幾款！ 河粉是幼身，容易吸收湯汁，比較易斷開，但唔會浸到爛開辣椒醬係自家製，還可以賣走😉

崩沙牛腩河
