朋友想食上海菜,選址銅鑼灣的樂天皇朝。雖然從未到訪,卻早已聞名其8色小籠包。醋醬海蜇頭海蜇頭以陳醋調味,酸酸地好開胃,海蜇頭比一般海蜇更爽脆。瑤柱芙蓉賽螃蟹以蛋白模仿蟹肉,口感鮮嫩爽滑,加上醋同吃,真有蟹肉的感覺。特式皇朝小籠包依濃淡順序吃原味 > 絲瓜 > 鵝肝 > 黑松露 > 芝士 > 蟹粉 > 蒜香 >川味原以為只是gimmick ,卻發現每個口味都調味得宜,吃得出各個口味而且濃淡適中,肉汁滿滿而不油膩,皮薄而不易破。蟹粉餡兒餅外皮口感像鍋貼,脆而穌,餡以豬肉混合蟹粉,味道不錯。
