香港地一年四季都可以打邊爐,依家天氣轉涼,無理由唔烚下烚下,食返個古法雞鍋滋補一下!侍應姐姐好親切,幫我哋點火加水之餘,又同我哋講笑吹下水,完全感受到老字號冰廳嘅人情味!椰子文昌走地雞鍋 $108文昌走地雞,一生人點都要試一次,肉質厚實有彈性,雞味特別濃郁;加上椰子清甜,怕太鹹濃味嘅朋友啱哂!雞鍋仲包埋其他配料,我哋最鍾意其中兩款:第一係蟹棒,超大條,夠滋味,不過得1條,下次會加$20叫多條;第二係娃娃菜,超級新鮮爽脆,我平時唔太食都覺得好味!怕唔夠食,都可以嗌多兩款配料,我哋就分別加$40要咗牛肩胛同埋加$10烏冬。牛肩胛一定要嗌,肉質彈牙有嚼勁,但又不失適度嘅軟嫩,點豉油經已好惹味啦!呢個套餐叫燉湯都係加$15,夠哂抵呀!我哋都好鍾意呢個燉湯,雞腳大大隻,又多茶樹菇,最緊要個湯夠靚,香醇濃郁,精華十足!

椰子文昌走地雞鍋 $108
文昌走地雞,一生人點都要試一次,肉質厚實有彈性,雞味特別濃郁;加上椰子清甜,怕太鹹濃味嘅朋友啱哂!
