Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於工作關係嚟到香港仔南區食飯, 就會諗起南記粉麵嘅春捲! 特別係東勝道分店 令我情有獨鍾, 都唔知係咪 太耐冇食姐姐啲手藝, 覺得特別好食啲。 當日人流幾多 好在十二點前去到。 老實講價錢非常之平民又大碗 所以人流多改唔係實至名歸嘅。 我叫咗一碗 ”特色系列” 的 招牌辣豬腩肉 配搭 酸辣湯小鍋米線。 另外加上 最愛食嘢春捲及 貢丸😍 首先 工作速度效率快, 新鮮出爐嘅味道特別香, 可以聞到嗰種 非常提神酸辣味及酸菜嘅氣場。 酸菜大大粒非常入味 又爽口, 配搭豬腩肉片 & 米線係非常之開胃,口感十足! 如果喜愛辣嘅人士可以 試下中辣嘅級數😅 我食 基本小辣 級數 就覺得味道已經足夠👌 同事相反就比較清淡少少, 佢見識過公司 大量同事嘅自創自選食法後。 今日就挑戰 - 清湯底米線, 辣豬腩肉配酸菜, 另加春捲及 貢丸 。 老實講,當時我覺得會唔會好奇怪🤔 但係同事試過之後 反而有另外一番風味。 首先清湯底香, 之後 食得出酸菜甘甜嘅味道, 然後有少量辣豬腩肉 中和返少少。 就類似 我食嘅3號小鍋米線 但係走 ”炸醬”。

平均 每人60蚊左右 一餐,大碗, 又夠食有包嘢飲。 老實講係幾難得, 仲要係好食先係最重要! 下次會試下其他分店位置其他 自選配搭。
