To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於工作關係嚟到香港仔南區食飯， 就會諗起南記粉麵嘅春捲！ 特別係東勝道分店 令我情有獨鍾， 都唔知係咪 太耐冇食姐姐啲手藝， 覺得特別好食啲。 當日人流幾多 好在十二點前去到。 老實講價錢非常之平民又大碗 所以人流多改唔係實至名歸嘅。 我叫咗一碗 ”特色系列” 的 招牌辣豬腩肉 配搭 酸辣湯小鍋米線。 另外加上 最愛食嘢春捲及 貢丸😍 首先 工作速度效率快， 新鮮出爐嘅味道特別香， 可以聞到嗰種 非常提神酸辣味及酸菜嘅氣場。 酸菜大大粒非常入味 又爽口， 配搭豬腩肉片 & 米線係非常之開胃，口感十足！ 如果喜愛辣嘅人士可以 試下中辣嘅級數😅 我食 基本小辣 級數 就覺得味道已經足夠👌 同事相反就比較清淡少少， 佢見識過公司 大量同事嘅自創自選食法後。 今日就挑戰 - 清湯底米線， 辣豬腩肉配酸菜， 另加春捲及 貢丸 。 老實講，當時我覺得會唔會好奇怪🤔 但係同事試過之後 反而有另外一番風味。 首先清湯底香， 之後 食得出酸菜甘甜嘅味道， 然後有少量辣豬腩肉 中和返少少。 就類似 我食嘅3號小鍋米線 但係走 ”炸醬”。 平均 每人60蚊左右 一餐，大碗， 又夠食有包嘢飲。 老實講係幾難得， 仲要係好食先係最重要！ 下次會試下其他分店位置其他 自選配搭。

事隔很久再來到南記本來是因為想試試他們最近新推出的艇仔粉，但來到現場看到Menu又覺得那些餸好像不太吸引我，所以還是轉了吃其他。午市時間都幾多人，但幸好這間是有兩層，堂食的話也容易找到位置。不過如果上了樓上那層就要自己預時間回到1樓拿餐點囉最後我點的是 - 招牌滋選小窩套餐 ($60) 配芒果冷泡鐵觀音 (+$7)在這間我喜歡吃的是酸辣湯底，辣度可以選擇，完全走辣也可。我的話會選小辣，這樣酸的比例會重一點，再滲出少少辣，配上Q彈滑溜的米線很快一口接一口。招牌滋選小窩套餐包括了爽口的招牌辣豬肉和彈牙的招牌春卷﹐另外還有魚片也很彈牙。套餐包括飲品，不過轉特飲就要加錢。冷泡鐵觀音的茶包感覺可以沖泡多一次，頗濃。

總共三個人去食，我晚上八點幾一個人去到先，咁我就叫定自己嗰份食住等啦，點知另外兩位8:40pm到，佢竟然話冇咗堂食只能夠買外賣，咁兩位朋友就買外賣坐喺度同我一齊食😅

唔講大家未必知，香港仔南記粉麵的確係香港仔起家，搬過好多間舖，最記得當然係巴士站嗰間，身為南區之友既我, 又點會唔同大家介紹番, 由細到大家必食既一定係春卷牛丸或者春卷魚扎河加腩汁🍜，春卷一定係佢招牌，河粉都唔洗講, 佢用有記既河粉必定無得輸，係南區人必食既有記供應。其次，當然係佢既中意食辣就當春卷腩肉酸辣小窩米線🍜，湯係港式酸辣既重口味，另外腩肉得宜，最重要係入哂味，份量仲要勁足料。另外，佢既🌶辣椒醬同埋冬菜都係都係必試，推介番，食清湯粉就必加冬菜，辣椒醬點春卷；酸辣湯底就要用佢既辣椒油加紅醋就比較夾。老實，講味道南記並不輸比譚仔，只係佢包裝宣佈及資金不及大集團而已。大家都不妨多多支持~~
