To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

估唔到依一間泰國餐廳終於出咗曼谷夜市火山骨 ($198)啦，佢嘅火山骨超好食，佢嘅肉質唔錯，而且仲有泰式青芥辣醬，酸酸辣辣好好食！不過呢一個要煮耐啲，所以喺叫火生骨之前，我哋仲額外叫咗一個泰皇咖喱炒紐西蘭青 ($168)呢個咖喱係黃咖喱裏面仲有三色椒，蔥同埋青口等等嘅配料，佢嘅咖喱甜甜地好開胃最適合配埋一碗飯，食住呢一個咖喱，我可以食晒成碗飯，因為真係好好食！不過可惜嘅係今日冇音樂表演，平時有時候都會有表演，希望下次見到啦
