尖沙咀不同類型既美食真係唔少,有一間位於棉登徑既日式居酒屋裝潢充門日本風情,天花和牆身掛滿日式掛畫同旗仔,令人好似置身於日本。居酒屋每日提供新鮮日本黑門市場的食材,食物來自日本所以都很有質素。海膽蟹味噌甲羅燒甲羅燒係餐廳嘅必點招牌菜之一,佢入面裝有鵪鶉蛋、鮮蟹肉、蟹膏、蟹籽、海膽!松葉蟹膏釀蟹蓋,蟹膏上面加咗些少蟹肉!滿滿的蟹膏,在烤爐上香氣不斷翻滾,鮮甜蟹肉,味道濃郁,滋味非常!牛肉壽喜燒壽喜燒是一道備受喜愛的日式料理,蔬菜份量頗多,材料有牛肉、大蔥、豆腐、蘑菇、薯粉、生蛋等等。味道算是正常發揮。雞肉串經調味的免治雞肉軟骨棒,很受普羅大眾歡迎,香脆的外皮加上雞軟骨的香氣和咬口,非常美味!有生雞蛋伴以食用,令菜式口感更豐富。今次二人晚餐我地款式叫得唔算多,諗住留肚去食甜品,人均消費大約$200。
