Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

超人氣小菜店, 去到全場爆滿, 雖然有訂枱, 但都係要等前面交枱鮮菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉 - 價錢比其他菜式或者大排檔稍貴, 但物有所值, 夾起拉媽, 炸到酥脆, 酸甜調味得宜, 絕對係必食之選 金薯蜜椒安格斯牛粒 - 薯仔跟咕嚕肉用同樣粉漿炸到非常酥脆, 蜜糖加上黑椒非常惹味, 牛肉粒都比下去古法羊腩煲 - 訂枱已經預留, 份量較少稍貴但係全煲都用上軟腍羊腩, 味道偏藥材唔會太鹹, 唔算好膻可以一試另外有再加料要牛肉, 不過味道平平鎮店小炒皇 - 大大條蝦乾加埋炸芋絲, 香口下酒菜鐵板珍菌生啫田雞 - D菇吸哂田雞鮮味好味, 只係田雞唔夠大隻, 肉較少鐵板生啫雞什 - 鐵板上枱熱辣辣幾好送酒, 不過略油每枱都會有花生, 飲個啤酒食小菜係爽嘅, 會再叫咕嚕肉試埋其他小炒
