To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢日行街行到攰攰地，就同朋友嚟咗食碗粉，估唔到咁有驚喜！！！呢度主打牛腩粉麵，仲有崩沙腩啵！！！咁我當然要會一會佢啦而朋友就要左碗牛三寶兩碗粉都好快嚟到我哋兩碗都加左紫菜，賣相好豐富呢度既崩沙腩真係好！出！色！！！嫩腍鬆軟既牛腩帶有筋膜既膠彈，每一口都係享受～崩沙腩河仲配上幾件清甜既蘿蔔，十分足料💕朋友既牛三寶都唔錯，不論係牛腩、牛肚定牛筋都好入味～朋友話最欣賞呢度既牛筋入味富膠質之餘又唔會淋到無口感，牛筋仲保留到應有既軟硬度不論凍飲定熱飲都係加8蚊腩河配港式奶茶，正！
