大魚大肉的假期完畢,係時候回復返正常飲食啦!喺灣仔返工的老友介紹呢間位置較隱蔽的拉麵屋、佢話沾麵唔錯,今日搵到機會嚟食吓Scallop Tsukemen in Thick Shrimp Dipping Broth 蝦汁帆立貝沾麵>沾汁用石鍋滾住上,不斷起泡泡冒煙,好人的店員猛叫我小心熱!呢度可以揀粗/幼麵、麵都可以揀凍定熱,我揀熱粗麵,始終冬天都想食熱辣辣嘅麵暖胃。個汁頗杰重蝦味,麵量好多食極都有、粗麵幾煙韌有𡁻口亦掛到汁,我愈食愈起勁停唔到口。主角兩粒大帶子味道鮮香夠肉地,仲有整得入味的豚角煮、肥瘦雙間超級邪惡!個人覺得糖心蛋必點呀,亮晶晶嘅流心好滾動,味道唔錯。其他配料有嘅爽脆木耳絲、竹筍、紫菜、紫洋蔥絲、蔥花,唧埋啲檸檬汁去提下味,食完呢碗沾麵好飽感覺滿足Fried Chicken Wings 芝麻手羽>雞翼炸得幾好!就算我食完碗麵先食佢,雞皮仲keep到酥脆、面頭洒滿芝麻食落更香口、雞肉超juicy又香又嫩、中間唔會有血絲,收貨!
