今日專登入元朗,因為老公話好想食``616´´,橫掂入去開元朗,順便去埋yohomall睇恐龍🐲,睇完恐龍就即刻去616。元朗間616,係餐枱周圍都放置七八十年代嘅玩具🚙俾食客食住玩~別有一番風味。一坐底,店員就介紹左兩個新湯底,鮮青椒湯底,四川牛油麻辣湯底,(其實我好想試麻辣)最後,老公堅決要食返上次個牛雜鍋。餐枱紙都有教唔同部位嘅肉,所煮嘅時間。店員話喱個流斗係20分鐘,如果第一轉啲嘢都未上的話,就免費~可惜全部係生嘅嘢,好難會20分鐘會上唔到。牛雜鍋:大量牛雜,有牛膀,牛肚,牛腸,牛肺,蘿蔔...(老公強力要求)封門柳:必點自從上次食完,佢令我愛上佢,好軟孰,入口濃濃牛味。牛朴肉:有口感,肉質實正,但唔會韌,脂肪分佈均勻,味道當然一樣夠牛味金花趾:口感煙韌,爽口彈牙脖仁:濃濃牛味,軟熟軟稔胸口膀:入口爽脆,囗感彈牙,滿口牛脂味道.唔怕肥嘅,可以一試。個自助吧好企理,有埋紙巾同濕紙巾攞!好貼心佢有兩款自家醬汁:616辛辣汁,自家製牛肉汁。因為我軟好辣,我試左辣汁,辛辣汁味道辣中帶甜,好開胃,啱哂香港人口味~
