Restaurant: 生記滷味

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

周末日的紅磡灣一帶,四處食店也是水洩不通,三河屋門外的人龍不絕,川王,時新一樣門外大把人圍住,就算連川粵,一樣如賓墟.想快手快腳吃一頓,就來到生記吃鹵味.一個人來總會有位,唯有坐得逼一點.碟頭飯有例湯跟,合掌瓜煲豬錚,清甜,沒有下味精.鵝片拼鵝肝飯,碟頭不小,今次的鵝片,很老.不知何解,之前吃也不是這種感覺,鵝肝就一貫地甘香,它們的鹵水滲進一點點藥材味,本身鹵水已經香甜,加上藥材就多卻一點甘味.前後不用十五分鐘,回到去三河屋附近,門外人龍好像未動過.
