To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去咗金鐘食個快食午餐,基本上唔使等位就入得去,餐廳冇提供小朋友高椅或者餐具,我哋叫咗兩個餐。第一個叫咗海鮮意大利粉,整體上幾好食,海鮮嘅份量都唔少,意大利粉加上咗蕃茄汁,酸酸甜甜好開胃呀,為一係青口好似未煮得好熟,啲蓋好難開。第二個叫咗常餐,叉燒龍蝦湯意粉配雞蛋腸仔火腿多士。相對第一個餐比較抵食,但係龍蝦湯唔算好濃味,不過我幾鍾意清淡少少。個蛋都炒得唔錯,加入過龍蝦湯度食仲好味!跟餐我哋叫咗茶餐廳熱奶茶,幾有水準,同凍檸水。

第二個叫咗常餐,叉燒龍蝦湯意粉配雞蛋腸仔火腿多士。
相對第一個餐比較抵食,但係龍蝦湯唔算好濃味,不過我幾鍾意清淡少少。個蛋都炒得唔錯,加入過龍蝦湯度食仲好味!
