To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 皇室堡的UA重開了,發覺皇室堡開了數間新食肆,好呀,在銅鑼灣食飯多點選擇.原來呢間唔係乜新野,同杏花新城那間烏冬店係同一間,不過呢間大好多,所以都多好多款式.一睇完戲,就入呢間,我地獲安排坐一個卡位,都吳錯,吳會太迫.我惦了個豬軟骨斧飯,他點了漢堡扒蕃茄湯烏冬.斧飯有得楝二十穀飯或白飯.我個有跟salad同埋miso soup, miso soup 一向都不是my cup of tea, 所以無飲到.salad就係得corn,得幾粒,真係食唔出乜野味道.呢d沙律,吳跟也吧.個斧飯黎到,咪睇佢係金屬製,其實都吳熱的,所以d飯都好溫溫吞吞,一d都吳夠熱,睇落好細但其實都幾夠食,豬軟骨味道都算okay, 仲有小小菜添.不過整體都係快餐的standard.漢堡扒蕃茄湯烏冬,我無食漢堡扒,個烏冬都可以,都幾彈牙,個湯好像係金寶蕃茄湯.都係果句快餐的standard啦.
