To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日過黎黎中環呢邊做野自己一個食lunch，試下呢間日本餐廳🇯🇵餐廳裝修唔錯有日式嘅木系風，服務都幾好但份量就少左D同質素好普通囉.. 中環食飯預左都係百幾蚊呢個價.. 我就叫左個澳洲和牛烏冬定食$158 🍜賣相ok嘅d牛都有5,6片，烏冬係稻庭烏冬，但味道就好一般先講個湯，係清湯黎好似平時雲吞麵d清湯咁無乜味，之後個和牛同普通肥牛無乜分別，唔覺得特別有牛味或者滑d，成個餐唔係唔好食，但感覺同去和民嗰d幾十蚊一個餐一樣🤣我諗都未必有下次，咁嘅價錢仲要無野飲，或者我寧願食個西餐意粉好過🤔
