To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 1️⃣ 日本滑蛋叉燒蝦仁雙拼飯 ($64)滑蛋係厚度有啲薄,口感唔太一致,某啲地方偏熟,食到有煎蛋皮,某啲位置又幾香滑,感受到些微蛋香,不過整體質感唔係期望中咁滑溜,蔥粒數量同香氣欠奉,蛋汁份量不足以用嚟撈飯,導致飯質唔夠濕潤,真係要靠甜豉油嚟打救。但可以讚嘅係呢度嘅甜豉油色澤夠深,帶少少漿稠感唔係純流,甜味香濃適中,份量落得啱啱好,冇蓋過蛋味或令碟飯變豉油撈飯。叉燒係瘦叉燒,口感唔乾柴,但肉香同甜味冇咩記憶點,最大敗筆點在於叉燒片得太薄,冇咗嗰種啖啖肉嘅彈牙口感,計埋份量以呢個價錢嚟講亦唔抵食。成碟飯做得最好嘅係蝦仁,大大粒,爽口彈牙冇雪味。------------------------------🔸整體評分:6.8/10🔸小編回頭率:6/10
