To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大年初一去食午飯,由於網上book枱係30日前開放,所以交好哂日子就book 到枱。講到明90 分鐘要交枱,但係可能疫情又真係未完全完結,其實一轉枱都返唔到。所以都冇趕我哋走。先叫左一輪最基本既點心,蝦餃燒賣牛肉腸义燒腸鳳瓜芋角,講真話有冇邊樣特別,其實就正正常常啦。唯一一提就係煎糯米雞,香脆口感幾得意。之後就叫左出名既义燒例牌,燒腩仔同一窩例湯。义燒係比較突出既。其他又係中規中舉啦。最後上枱係北京片皮鴨,二食做左涼瓜炒鴨片。當然不能同一d專門食片皮鴨既比較,但係都叫做皮脆肉嫩,可以啦。服務十分好,可能因為未有滿座,侍應們都比較鬆動,最重要係佢地既attentive, 值得一讚👍🏻當日係大年初一,有舞獅採青,氣氛好好。
