To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳做到日本居酒屋嘅氛圍，侍應態度好，燈光都啱啱好。我同朋友happy hour嘢飲有買一送一，幾鍾意佢哋嘅梅酒同柚子酒，Menu好多選擇，樣樣都想試，叫左火炙燒呑拿魚，會現場燒比你幾得意，再加日本生蛋，和牛三文治都幾好食。另外叫咗個薯仔流心蛋，呢個都好食。刺身同壽司反而有d失望，唔係太新鮮，吞拿魚有少少腥，好一般。大約九點會有師傅表演燒魚，然後會請大家試食，味道都ok既，氣氛非常不錯，在場都有好多日本人黎食嘢。
