真係驚喜同開心,冇諗過可以食個咁好味的午餐,又抵又開心,新鮮不在話下,成個FEEL都好舒服,真係抵食又開心,午餐時段佢地有得揀300;500;600的餐,午餐呢個價食到呢個質素,食過OMAKASE的你,一定覺得物有所值~DETAILS可以上佢地個FACEBOOK睇最新的UPDATE資料同餐牌~而今次個順序亦係由淡至濃味的,真係好細心。呢家等我SHARE我食左GE野先,因為真係太正了。前菜:一開始有個前菜同埋好滑的燉蛋(個燉蛋除左夠滑之外,仲有一個特別地方就係佢面度有個柚子芡汁,清新有特色)呢個OMAKASE個碟上面有3樣配菜仔,點都要講一講,因為因為因為個淮山真係超正超爽好正的口感,呢家講返出黎都想食呀。帆立貝刺身-鮮甜口感Q彈,配上了柚子+WASABI真鯛壽司-想對係清淡少少的魚,少少煙UN,聽師傅講佢係腩位,所以油份出D,有魚油香味,但因為唔算係濃味所以安排得O係前D;伊佐木壽司(雞魚)-魚味突出,夏天為當造期,脂肪含量適中,味道清爽甜美,入口微帶爽脆但滑身。聽人講伊佐木有豐富維他命A,對人類免疫系統有益,我應該要去食多D先得。毛蟹壽司-好多人以為冬天是吃毛蟹的時令,不過原來大家誤

毛蟹壽司-好多人以為冬天是吃毛蟹的時令,不過原來大家誤會了,原來夏天先係食毛蟹的最好季節,夏天係毛蟹的產卵期,所以特別肥美,不過毛蟹一年四季都有得食,雖然唔似松葉腳咁啖啖肉,但係毛蟹味道較鮮,而且有膏又有肉

粒貝刺身-即係響螺-嘩嘩嘩,我真係未食過咁好食的響螺,原來除左煲湯,做刺身係可以咁正,真係超爽超甜,如果有得加錢散叫要多份我一定會加,因為真係好好食,佢簡單加左少少黑椒鹽,勁夾呀成件事,佢肉質細嫩帶咬口,味道爽口清甜帶點海水味!
真係好想再食呀,呢個我用餐時已經肯定佢係頭3名我最愛之一,但係有好多都太好食,所以我排唔到序

牡丹蝦壽司-極甜美的蝦肉,豐腴甘香的蝦膏,還有細綿帶爽的口感,佢張蝦膏濟完出黎,再燒一燒,先再放返上去,
所以個膏味係超超超超突出~*蝦味濃,蝦膏香*

針魚-爽甜,係時令食材所以有得食︿︿,我問靚仔師傅點解佢叫針魚,佢仲拎左一條完整GE比我睇,解釋比我知,
我真係覺得學到野,哈哈,原來因為佢係一條魚O個陣,個咀真係成支好大GE針咁,食GE時候感覺個刺身閃住銀光,肉質彈牙鮮甜

秋刀魚壽司的滋味-好多人也會覺得秋刀魚是種平價魚,味道腥的,當成刺身食用,感覺有點可怕吧,因為好多人都以為佢係得燒黎食一種方法,但幾年前已聽過朋友說過秋刀魚刺身絕對是意想不到的好吃,之後都有試過,但都係覺得一般,但係呢餐之後又重新改觀了!
食食下散發著魚香同魚油脂香,肉質綿軟但唔會爛爛的感覺,真是超好味啊!
原來秋刀魚於秋天最當造,因為牠們會於秋季準備由北海道游去南方產卵,出發時自然儲滿一身肥油,又肥美又彈牙!

海膽壽司-我本身係好鐘意食海膽架,所以佢係好味海膽我都一定鐘意,我完全FEEL到佢GE鮮甜同肥美,
不過同行一個朋友仔平時食唔到海膽架,佢試完都過冇O個種佢唔鐘意的味,仲覺得有鮮甜感覺!

筋子壽司-由三文魚肚取出後保留整個卵巢膜的成串鮭魚卵,並連膜整串醃漬叫筋子,口味道更加鮮甜
*三文魚子(一粒粒)與 筋子 同樣都是鮭魚卵,不同之處在於是否包覆著卵巢薄膜*

食完咁好味的午餐之後,仲有個甜品TIM呀

Other Info. : 師傅細心好人,我去O個日星期日,4個師傅,每人都係SERVE AROUND3-4個客,所以真係唔怕照顧唔到你呀︿︿ 不過睇冇用架,真係去試啦,就知幾正,真心推介呀,我都黎緊再BOOK左同朋友再去, 我打完都覺得自己講到好正好誇咁,你地試完就明架啦~
