這是第二次到壽司源品嚐omakase· 和朋友各點了300蚊和500蚊的omakase·記憶中分別差了兩三道燒物刺身·故此其實300蚊既更抵食! 一開始先吃少許刺身開胃·再慢慢由較清啖的壽司開始吃·特別欣賞龍師傅將蝦膏釀入飯與蝦中間 口感比放左上面更濃郁 ·這個螺片刺身十分爽口 又非常新鮮 帶子又是鮮甜 少不免的toro和海膽也是十分出色·總而言之 與中環銅鑼灣地段的omakase都要五六百蚊起跳 壽司源雖然較偏遠 但無論刺身的取材 還是師傅的調味技巧 絕不比外面的遜色 值得推介.
