食開omakase有鋪癮,今次試返間平價啲既「鮨石」。餐廳內龐細細,但都坐到9位客人。今次食$580/位既lunch set,都有10件壽司,食到大滿足🥰前菜都係以例牌既番茄開胃,採用愛媛縣嘅果茄🍅,撒上淡雪鹽,以及配以海草,酸酸甜甜又帶少少雪鹽既咸味,好特別!呢度既茶碗蒸係滑捋捋既,同出面結實版好唔同,師傅話佢地喺我地入座後先開始蒸,所以時間掌握得岩岩好💓季節料理 — 日本明蝦配蘿蔔呢味菜非常homey,明蝦鮮甜,蘿蔔帶有柚子味,忍唔住飲哂啲湯!十貫大哂冷!金目鯛—非常軟嫩肥美赤貝—好新鮮,師傅拍完之後仲識收縮!鮮甜爽口~池魚—好甘香,配上bb蔥 refreshing!石垣鯛配海膽—肉質細膩,油脂豐富~沖繩車海老—半生熟做法,好鮮甜大拖羅—用淡雪鹽帶出鮮味,但一次試呢個食法,好jeng!!!吞拿魚手卷仔腦天—即係吞拿魚 forehead既部分,第一次試,油脂重啲,非常滑,唔需要燒都帶到個甘味炙熱左口魚—入口即溶!海膽杯~oishi!Miso soup + 哈密瓜⭐️性價比極高!會再回訪!
