好耐冇食鐵板燒,又唔想食一set set嘅鐵板燒或者台式鐵板燒,就搵到呢間可以坐吧枱睇住師傅席前料理嘅居酒屋~前菜方面,見到有個叫沖繩早摘水雲($68)幾特別,原來係海藻類嘅一種,食落比較腍身,加埋八爪魚嘅爽口,個配搭都幾特別!見到師傅整緊燒生蠔($98/2隻)好香就叫嚟試吓,點知成餐最好味就係燒生蠔🤤每隻都手掌咁大隻又夠漲身,海水味道夠重又超鮮甜,簡單落咗鹽同胡椒嘅調味已經好夠,最尾忍唔住encore多一次🥰呢度出名大阪燒,就叫做豪華大阪御好燒($148),大阪燒入面嘅椰菜好甜同爽口,醬料亦都唔會好鹹,上面嘅大蝦亦都好新鮮😋日本玉子卷($65)好軟熟,蛋味好香~ 免治雞肉燒($93)上面加咗個蛋黃,撈埋一齊食增加咗個香味,免治雞肉亦都幾有咬口🐔牛舌($105)燒到啱啱好,牛味濃又夠彈牙,呢個價錢仲要份量唔少,超滿足😍最尾甜品叫咗個雪見大福($58),係用糯米糍皮包住雪糕,糯米糍皮好煙靭,幾有日本味道🪭呢間餐廳嘅食物價錢唔算貴,但質素十分之高,仲見到有日本師傅坐鎮,如果想食好食嘅鐵板燒同大阪燒嘅話,超推薦嚟呢間👍🏻
