To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 臨時臨急尖沙咀吹雞食飯,見到呢間元朗名店啱啱搬咗去天文台道,就膽粗粗打去問下即日夜晚有無位,又咁好彩book到,星期五晚仲唔會限時限刻趕人走,非常不錯。去到先知原來只係開咗幾日,而且舖位都幾大,呢個時勢食肆要commit擴張真係唔易,所以蒸海鮮menu都係仲有折,最貴個餐標價唔駛500蚊,都有成13-4款食物,都幾豐富。打工招牌食蟹,可以每人喺頂膏肉蟹/膏蟹/奄仔之中揀一款,老闆極力推介要試頂膏肉蟹,話非常罕有,我最早一台坐底都話只有兩隻,即管試下。隻蟹真係好香甜,多肉得嚟又好多膏,非常之滿足,而奄仔亦都好肥美。食海鮮最重要係材料,老闆揀貨的確有啲料到。蝦方面每人都可以揀一隻琵琶蝦或者龍蝦,兩者都好出色,不過幾隻蟹實在太好食,蝦反而顯得無咁驚豔。至於其他刀貝,蜆,牛,豬等等都好唔錯,而海鮮的確係非常新鮮,樓面幫忙蒸嘅時間亦非常準確,搞到一個二個食到隻手都污糟晒無人得閑影相。最後碗粥亦都非常鮮味,不過三位女士最後飽到只能食到一碗,我同另一位男士每人食兩碗粥都仲有一大窩剩,浪費咗有啲可惜。餐廳環境中規中矩,唔算豪華但乾淨企理,電視播港台32,不過可能店仲係新,樓面人手唔係好夠,啲嘢都係比較
