揀左20道菜既omakase 😋其中有啲我個人好中意🥰生蠔質地好爽,配酸酸地既啫喱凍,係來自日本小長井,連續三年攞獎呑拿魚配俄羅斯海膽:好鮮甜,一啲臭味都無毛蟹配柚子蟹醋:有蟹腳,蟹身同蟹膏配埋蟹醋會甜甜地,幾特別針魚配柚子同芥末,第一次食,一啲腥味都無油坊主:第一次食,質地爽口,高油脂,但火炙過就好香縞蝦:又係第一次食😍好多蝦籽,蝦籽唔腥仲好甜鱈魚白子:1月尾係食白子既時候,第一次食白子,無想像中咁難接受,食落好creamy,配埋少少辣辣地既汁,成個好夾鹿兒島A5和牛壽司:有得揀燒/唔燒,唔食生牛既我,當然揀左燒😛 可能加左醬汁燒,會咸少少,食完記得要清清口先食下一款食物🤭腦天(呑拿魚頭頂既魚肉位):第一次食🫣配炸蒜好突出,又唔會搶左呑拿魚既味海膽呑拿魚蓉:呑拿魚蓉混合左啲醃蘿蔔,口感豐富啲,海膽好鮮甜🥰甜品係士多啤梨天婦羅:本身士多啤梨都好香甜,加埋煉奶都唔會甜得過份,成個好夾🫶🏻大滿足😍
