餐廳分了鐵板席及卡位席,鐵板席的可看著廚師一邊煮一邊吃,而卡位席的就可舒舒服服跟朋友聊天吃飯~前菜~今日是炸魚仔及雜菜沙律,魚仔很香脆,整條連魚骨也能吃~茶碗蒸~雞蛋蒸得很嫩滑,還加了些雜菌,簡單而美味~銀鱈魚~魚油很多,十分肥美嫩滑,頂上的魚皮更是十分香脆,跟薯片差不多~廣島蠔~蠔肉大隻又厚肉,有爆汁感,底下加了炸煙肉,同吃有油份感顯得更可口~厚隻虎蝦~廚師把蝦分開了三段,頭中尾部,頭的位置蝦膏甘香,中段蝦仁蝦味濃郁又彈牙,而蝦尾香脆美味~美國牛板腱~主要是煎了兩邊,中間位置是粉紅肉,油脂豐富,肉質鬆軟~西班牙杜洛克豬肉眼~肥瘦適中,豬肉也腍軟多汁,油脂味道剛剛好~炒雜菜~炒椰菜加上蘿蔔絲等,鐵板炒菜真的是特別好吃及香~蕨餅~冰冰涼涼,微甜,剛好中和口中的味道及降溫,舒服好吃~
