To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 元朗人氣食店,經常排長龍。今天比較晚到,大概9點到幸運仍然可以入座。和風裝修,座位較狹窄。手機qr code下單,時間所限,也吃得很急。前菜蟹籽沙律意外地挺大份的,沒關係~由於蔬菜冷盤不會太飽,可以慢慢吃,清爽清爽。炸物明太子雞翼把明太子釀進去骨雞翼裡,看出雞翼脹卜卜、裡面餡料沒有馬虎。適合我這種在外不喜歡吮骨頭的懶人了。壽司牛肉他他/火炙左口魚邊/馬刀貝壽司/帶子/火炙三文魚 etc幾乎一次上齊壽司類,很是豐盛。魚生新鮮,萬分好吃海哲也很爽脆,一直捨不得吃完。可能冷盤比較不會飽?所以後來再追加其他軍艦卷物 倒是追加這份露荀牛肉卷的牛肉比較韌,牛肉他他壽司那種牛比較軟較好吃。還有沒拍到照的雞泡魚乾也超好吃,易咬,不會乾硬。整體都很滿意,沒有伏。遺憾來得太夜海膽都售罄,希望下次有機會早點來啦。
