To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

性價比高之午餐

今日放假經開中環食午餐，上網睇呢間食評好似幾好，就試下啦。門口比較矮，要彎身而入🧐午餐選擇唔多，得3,4樣，不過價錢都實惠，中環地段黎講唔算貴。同埋都幾多人，所以我地被安排坐左係吧台。我就揀左火灸刺身飯，刺身有左口魚，蝦，三文魚同呑拿魚❤️味道幾好，唔會太熟，岩岩好。仲有隻溏心蛋😋定食都有埋沙律，味噌湯，漬物同甜品。男朋友就叫左個牛肉烏冬，湯底係壽喜燒🙈清淡很黎好入味，配料有雜菌同牛肉，牛肉味道唔錯😋同樣定食都包左甜品，沙律同小食總括而言，70幾蚊lunch set黎講質素中上，性價比高😋唔錯！
