To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🍽️ 星耀廳📌 香港富麗敦海洋公園酒店一樓·相約朋友到海洋公園富麗敦酒店午餐，天色雖然昏暗又下大雨但無阻進餐的心情。星耀廳匯集了各地的美食，餐廳與戶外平台相連，可以一邊進餐一邊飽覽南中國海的壯麗景觀。半自助餐的主菜也有很多選擇，牛肉、燒春雞、海鮮燴飯、燒茄子等，總有一款喜歡。除了主菜之外沙律吧，芝士，蛋糕、甜品等也很豐富。🍆意式焗烤千層茄子做得好精緻，薄薄的茄子一層一層的，用上大量的水牛芝士，巴馬臣芝士，羅勒和蕃茄醬等做成，每啖都充滿着香味，口感一流。🥘慢煮香烤八爪魚海鮮燴飯金黃色的risotto 還帶點點生，燴飯本身好入味帶有青口、洋蔥的香甜，好巨型的烤八爪魚軟糯有嚼口，有驚喜。
