To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一行二人，下午茶時段嚟到丼丼屋，唔使等直接有位入。店面只有零星幾枱客人，但店員似乎唔太夠，等左好一陣先有店員過嚟落單。叫左兩個定食：滑蛋豬扒丼＆帆立貝三文魚籽丼。兩個定食份量非常足，除左主食，仲有一客小食、兩客甜品（紫薯蓉、寒天)、一碗麵鼓湯、一杯飲品。再講講主食，滑蛋豬扒丼嘅吉列炸豬扒口感嫩滑，完全唔鞋，表面亦炸得夠脆口，唔會硬掘掘刮損嘴。帆立貝三文魚籽丼嘅帆立貝大大粒，亦夠新鮮。埋單連服務費$325.6，相當抵食。
