To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚四人行去科學園薈聚軒食晚餐。 我哋5:30到,餐廳岩岩開始晚市就入座。叫咗四人餐「今晚食好啲」($888),再加一隻片皮鴨。片皮鴨一隻($168)+嬤嬤($20一籠 x2):鴨嘅size唔算係好大隻。但係鴨皮香脆。配搭青瓜條,蔥絲,哈密瓜,燒鴨醬同埋嬤嬤包住一齊食,唔會有油膩感,而且口感豐富。上湯焗龍蝦伊麵:用上新鮮西澳龍龍蝦。龍蝦肉爽口彈牙。伊麵吸收上湯嘅味道,好夠味。蟹肉粟米魚肚羹:味道清甜。蟹肉看得見。配搭埋魚肚,滋陰養顏。清蒸游水東星:約一斤嘅東星斑,size都唔細。好有鮮味。魚肉白滑。豉油亦教得好味。西蘭花炒帶子:帶子軟熟唔韌。西蘭花清甜,生熟度啱啱好。蜜餞欖角一口骨:排骨炸過後,再用欖角同蜜餞炒。肉質彈牙,味道層次豐富。紅豆沙:紅豆沙煲嘅時間夠,起晒沙。所有菜式味道都唔錯,而且價格相宜,值得再黎。
