講起上環打冷,好多人都會立即諗起皇后大道有幾間好出名的潮州店,嗰幾間唔係唔好食,不過就有D貴,落樓通常都要每人二百幾三百。不過今次介紹的這家打冷價錢較大眾化,當然地點在街市上面的熟食市場點都係會平D,不過如果只Focus在食物質素,呢間的性價比相對高。點了5樣野,我覺得最好食係個沙嗲牛河,沙嗲醬好香,仲有花生粒,D河粉吸到沙嗲D味,好正﹗韭菜豬紅同蠔餅就叮噹馬頭,兩個都唔錯,不過如果韭菜豬紅可以再多D韭菜會更好。佢個蠔餅唔係勁炸嗰種,所以真係唔錯,因為我好怕炸到脆卜卜嗰D。炒芥蘭夠鑊氣就已然very good啦。個魚雲就最差,因為食落唔係太新鮮,所以係死症,無得救。整體黎講唔錯,3人行每人$150,抵食好食。
