呢間都係叫X興,都係喺上環,不過比起其他食潮州菜嘅「興」,呢間明顯價錢平好多但係質素又唔錯。鹵水拼盤嘅鹵水夠香夠入味,好欣賞佢嗰個鹵水墨魚唔係油到橙色,鹵水豬腩肉大部分都唔係好肥,不過其中有一嚿係成舊都係肥膏。潮式春菜煲好多春菜,開頭都驚佢好鹹,不過好彩佢又唔係喎,因為好多地方食咁樣春菜煲都比較鹹。普寧豆腐個味就比較淡,一定要點佢嗰個汁先至好味。白飯魚煎蛋好正,老闆娘話今日啲白飯魚靚所以叫我哋椒鹽或者煎蛋,我哋揀咗煎蛋。四個人每人百幾蚊真係抵食。

衛生方面,既然來到熟食中心,已經做了只能要求基本衞生的心理準備,可是他們的碗碟真的都很髒,有之前的食物殘渣,記得清洗乾淨。《煎蠔烙》加了薯粉,像台式蚵仔煎,沒有多少蠔仔,一般。《滷水鵝片》滷水汁不夠香,鵝也比較乾。《潮州炒飯》就是火腿、蝦、蛋炒飯,不好吃…《咸肉炒介蘭》點了五樣,反而炒菜最好吃~《方魚肉碎粥》正常發揮,估計蠔仔粥會更好吃。整體來說我覺得這店是以親民價格取勝吧,一分錢一分貨的感覺。倒是欣賞他們整體食物不會過鹹,這是最大優點。

上環有很多潮州打冷舖,好多間都很有名,而且價錢亦算有點驚人,不過這店的價錢和食物質素素卻令人喜出望外。二人前晚餐,點了三個餸,分別是韭菜豬紅、白飯魚煎蛋,與及炒菜一碟。韭菜豬紅加了沙嗲醬去煮,比起外面吃到的韭菜豬紅更香,白飯魚煎蛋的白飯魚比較大條而且新鮮,所以出黎好好食,而且比較少油,我鍾意。炒菜就正正常常啦,所以唔特別講了。最後值得一提的是價錢,他真的很平,估計比上環一帶的潮式打冷店平30%左右,物超所值。

好多人都話,每個街市嘅熟食中心,都最少起碼有一間好好食嘅食肆,而喺上環街市(即係上環文娛中心上面嗰度),當然亦唔會例外。除咗嗰間由伯伯開嘅玉泉玻璃樽凍奶茶之外,呢間潮州野亦不得了。我最鍾意食佢嘅蝦棗蟹棗;佢嘅炸鳳尾魚的確一流,可惜可遇不可求;而豉油王鵝腸都係好好食,只係有時嫌隻鵝太肥太多脂肪;另外,夏天最鍾意黎,因為佢有好多潮州舖都唔肯花功夫整嘅薄殻,洗薄殻真係好花功夫同時間架;另一絕就係佢嘅沙嗲牛河,個沙嗲汁真係好正,必食;講到最後,亦都要講重點,就係幫襯呢間野必須出去睇下今日有d乜野靚,如果你只坐低跟菜牌叫,咁就出事嘞,唔係唔好食,只係會變成好普通好普通嘅叫餸食飯。

以前上環有一條"潮州巷",裡面都是潮州店鋪,後來拆了四散,有些在上環熟食中心,即這裡,有些在皇后街熟食中心.蔡瀾和不少人都已有寫過,在網上不難找到相關資料.這問聯興是否"潮州巷"店鋪之一,我沒有考證.但是,在數年前我在這裡吃過一次潮州炒河,就尋回少時在"潮州巷"的味道.店鋪在上環熟食中心裡,環境不算很好,也沒有體貼的侍應.不過,我偶爾有空路過,就會去吃.今天就是,去到坐低就叫.竟然趕上尾班車,是最後一碟,後來的人都沒有,緣份呢.河粉鑊氣夠,牛肉軟,河粉"棯",沙嗲濃,各樣配合得宜,極品.沙嗲應該是沙茶醬吧,加上花生碎,層次豐富.一碟河粉只售$40,這樣高素質,遠勝連鎖店,更較很多賣過百元的店鋪優勝.當然,如果要求環境良好,服侍周到,食品高質,這裡不是必然選擇.但價錢也不會這麼便宜吧.

老闆娘態度差已經見怪不怪。昨晚幫襯,點了三個菜,很快來了兩個。最後的兩面煎坐極未來,等了半小時才開始追,伙計先説在制作中,再等了一段時間還未有。我親自跑到廚房問老闆娘,她第一反應,做緊lor,係咁㗎喇,唔駛等唖。我回應,頭兩道菜來了,等了半小時都未來你說怎辨?後來我發現原來一圍大台,吃得豐富的,所以就先出大菜,其他不管。老闆娘態度保持囂張。我也快速吃完付錢。老闆娘不說一句!在這裡祝她好運!自看見她由店鋪轉移到街市,都心中有數!沒有想到她仍然未看到自己的問題!
