其實長期都响中上環工作,經常去文娛中心旁邊嘅熟食市場食午飯,間間都食過但唔會間間寫。依一檔不是最近出入口,下午也只有數款粉麵飯揀,還有事頭婆從來唔會主動搵客,大多數時候坐低玩手機。不過,我食過一次午市特價乾炒牛河,晚上都會約朋友上去炒下小菜、飲下啤酒。最後再食,究竟有幾好呢?就講下碟乾炒牛河,上枱先是一大碟出晒煙,再而有淡淡韮黃香氣,河粉條條分明及顔色均勻,牛肉份量亦是合理。開始進食第一片牛肉,不會老而少少咬口,再試韮黃、芽菜無出水,河粉有燶邊、完整及軟硬適中亦夠味。我相大家去食晚飯,都唔會失望。可惜我食晚飯時無影相。

我相大家去食晚飯,都唔會失望。可惜我食晚飯時無影相。

呢間真係隱藏在熟食中心的潮州打冷舖,平靚正Yeah。鹵水鵝片唔係好肥,鹵水香得黎唔會太咸,下面墊底嘅鹵水豆腐夠香夠滑。本來想食蝦蟹棗,但係只有蝦棗,照殺,味道唔錯,粒蝦棗入面都算多蝦,唔會成舊都係粉,點埋個汁好食D。叫碟沙嗲牛河試埋佢個潮式沙嗲汁,同樣好食,香得黎唔會太甜,牛肉份量合理,唔會太少,D河粉唔無jam埋晒。椒鹽鮮魷同炒芥蘭都夠鑊氣。反沙芋比想像之中好,不過層糖漿皮都係有D厚,好彩個芋頭算靚,補返數。

衛生方面,既然來到熟食中心,已經做了只能要求基本衞生的心理準備,可是他們的碗碟真的都很髒,有之前的食物殘渣,記得清洗乾淨。《煎蠔烙》加了薯粉,像台式蚵仔煎,沒有多少蠔仔,一般。《滷水鵝片》滷水汁不夠香,鵝也比較乾。《潮州炒飯》就是火腿、蝦、蛋炒飯,不好吃…《咸肉炒介蘭》點了五樣,反而炒菜最好吃~《方魚肉碎粥》正常發揮,估計蠔仔粥會更好吃。整體來說我覺得這店是以親民價格取勝吧,一分錢一分貨的感覺。倒是欣賞他們整體食物不會過鹹,這是最大優點。

講起上環打冷,好多人都會立即諗起皇后大道有幾間好出名的潮州店,嗰幾間唔係唔好食,不過就有D貴,落樓通常都要每人二百幾三百。不過今次介紹的這家打冷價錢較大眾化,當然地點在街市上面的熟食市場點都係會平D,不過如果只Focus在食物質素,呢間的性價比相對高。點了5樣野,我覺得最好食係個沙嗲牛河,沙嗲醬好香,仲有花生粒,D河粉吸到沙嗲D味,好正﹗韭菜豬紅同蠔餅就叮噹馬頭,兩個都唔錯,不過如果韭菜豬紅可以再多D韭菜會更好。佢個蠔餅唔係勁炸嗰種,所以真係唔錯,因為我好怕炸到脆卜卜嗰D。炒芥蘭夠鑊氣就已然very good啦。個魚雲就最差,因為食落唔係太新鮮,所以係死症,無得救。整體黎講唔錯,3人行每人$150,抵食好食。

上環有很多潮州打冷舖,好多間都很有名,而且價錢亦算有點驚人,不過這店的價錢和食物質素素卻令人喜出望外。二人前晚餐,點了三個餸,分別是韭菜豬紅、白飯魚煎蛋,與及炒菜一碟。韭菜豬紅加了沙嗲醬去煮,比起外面吃到的韭菜豬紅更香,白飯魚煎蛋的白飯魚比較大條而且新鮮,所以出黎好好食,而且比較少油,我鍾意。炒菜就正正常常啦,所以唔特別講了。最後值得一提的是價錢,他真的很平,估計比上環一帶的潮式打冷店平30%左右,物超所值。

好多人都話,每個街市嘅熟食中心,都最少起碼有一間好好食嘅食肆,而喺上環街市(即係上環文娛中心上面嗰度),當然亦唔會例外。除咗嗰間由伯伯開嘅玉泉玻璃樽凍奶茶之外,呢間潮州野亦不得了。我最鍾意食佢嘅蝦棗蟹棗;佢嘅炸鳳尾魚的確一流,可惜可遇不可求;而豉油王鵝腸都係好好食,只係有時嫌隻鵝太肥太多脂肪;另外,夏天最鍾意黎,因為佢有好多潮州舖都唔肯花功夫整嘅薄殻,洗薄殻真係好花功夫同時間架;另一絕就係佢嘅沙嗲牛河,個沙嗲汁真係好正,必食;講到最後,亦都要講重點,就係幫襯呢間野必須出去睇下今日有d乜野靚,如果你只坐低跟菜牌叫,咁就出事嘞,唔係唔好食,只係會變成好普通好普通嘅叫餸食飯。
