To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一向聽聞魚一壽司性價比高,這晚不想走遠,就和男友去晚餐。點了火龍卷($78)。這個名字改得真是貼切,因為卷物加上大量橙色蟹子,加上蝦頭,確實看來像一條火龍!入面有炸蝦,伴有沙律醬,味道惹味,蟹子亦增添口感。牛舌($22)一串有3件,燒得恰到好處,不會太乾,食落彈性有嚼勁,口感不錯。我一向愛吃銀雪魚西京燒($68),見到當然不會錯過。銀雪魚嫩滑油潤,和沙律醬是絕配!夜晚可以自選刺身飯,需要至少選擇6款刺身,飯底$10碗。我選了三文魚子,吞拿魚蓉,帆立貝,油甘魚腩,三文魚和希靈魚。上桌時,刺身鋪滿一碗,非常豐富滿足!刺身每款都來貨新鮮,吞拿魚蓉香滑無筋,三文魚子晶瑩飽滿,若果三文魚,油甘魚腩和希靈魚能夠厚身一點和份量多1-2塊會更好呢!
