To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前黎元朗淨係識食b仔雞翼尖,今次經朋友介紹,原來都有好多出色既日式小店!呢間鋪有兩層,下層係bar檯位,上層有大概十張檯,當晚全場爆滿,都等左陣先有位。唔好睇佢鋪頭細細,原來咩都有得食,壽司,刺身,炸物,串燒,鍋物全部都有。壽司好抵食!有好多都係十蚊已經有兩件,質素唔差,如果紫菜脆啲就好灸燒三文魚同左口魚都係我最愛,入口即溶啊珍寶帶子真係好大舊,仲好鮮味!中拖羅就麻麻,唔夠肥呢土佐豆腐,係炸左既豆腐再配木魚汁,豆腐熱辣辣外脆內軟絕對會有下次啊,想要試埋其他野
