To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次嚟到東涌，喺東薈城嘅呢間一風堂食lunch🤤今次揀咗呢一個拉麵，裏面有辣肉味噌、炙燒卷腩叉燒、紫菜、糖心蛋、蔥花、再有一個另外上的芝麻玉(芝麻蓉)。呢一個拉麵有驚喜，炙燒卷腩叉燒，比普通嘅卷腩叉燒更香，口感更加特別好食。糖心蛋都做得好好🤤🤤辣肉味噌，係好香濃嘅辣肉碎醬，加咗落呢個好濃郁嘅豬骨湯底之後，真係配搭得好好。我呢一碗再加上辣肉味噌同芝麻玉，簡直係色香味俱全。辣度方面，我揀咗小辣，拉麵嘅硬度我揀咗普通，師父亦都做到我想食嘅口感，拉麵好有咬口，連湯一齊食，加上裏面嘅配料好豐富！！！🍴特製赤丸拉麵 $85＋普通麵質＋轉炙燒卷腩叉燒4片📌一風堂🍽️東涌達東路20號東薈城名店倉6樓603號舖
