Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友是開心果控，見到這裡有10月1日開始為期兩個月的新開心果主題下午茶，而且在官網預付訂座可享優惠，在十·一假期也只是$143連加一一個人非常抵！之前未試過星幕的下午茶，一定要來一試😋環境、服務：餐廳位於酒店的47樓，景觀開揚舒服，不過面積頗細，枱與枱之間距離安排得很近，當日全場爆滿，也所以環境比較嘈，私隱度低。服務非常基本，職員處理座位的做法不彈性；雖然menu上有字句寫「如對任何食物有過敏性反應，請於落單時能知服務員」，但我即使事前致電通知我不能吃未煮熟的肉，吃不到三文魚刺身忌廉芝士卷，職員說不能轉，那是「煙三文魚」而不是刺身，不過到食物上枱時其實是menu所講的三文魚刺身😅，但以這下午茶價錢去衡量，這一切也顯得理所當然～食物：鹹甜點的味道質素平均而且不錯，但開心果在鹹點的存在感很低，只考慮甜點的話控應該會感到滿意滿足😌鹹點方面，全部不過不失，但如果三文魚刺身改為煙三文魚應該會較夾cream cheese～至於甜點，最濃開心果味會是：迷你開心果巴斯克芝士蛋糕 > 開心果朱古力慕士筒 (迷你雪糕筒非常香脆！)> 開心果泡芙 > 開心果鬆餅😋雖然開心果馬卡龍食唔

雖然開心果馬卡龍食唔出開心果味，但驚喜的是那濃濃茶味的伯爵茶餡😍
至於開心果芒果忌廉酥皮卷，不要當是開心果甜點去食就不會失望😌
