To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前已經吃過銅鑼灣的班蘭葉印尼餐廳,食物的質素高和價錢抵👍🏻👍🏻店外更擺放了多款印度小食、飯、零食和飲品。有很多外傭都買$40盒雞髀飯,搞到我都想買盒返去食。餐廳不太大,但裝潢和餐具都充滿印度風。⭐️⭐️燒雞花膠湯粉皮 $88花膠爽口彈牙,粉皮即是腸粉,口感很滑,湯底是濃濃的花膠味。燒雞不算大,外皮燒得很香又脆口,醬汁甜甜的,味精挺夾👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻又⭐️⭐️巴東燒倉魚飯 $148一上枱就聞到好香,流晒口水🤤🤤成條燒魚啖啖肉,魚肉好Juicy,完全沒有魚腥味。把燒魚沾上秘製醬汁,惹味非常,性價比奇高!作為甜品控的我,忍唔住叫了三款甜品👍🏻黑糯米糖水 $30極多黑糯米,加了燉奶很邪惡😋😋椰汁糕點椰汁味濃,重點係唔太甜又軟熟。班蘭雪芳蛋糕 $20班蘭味很濃,蛋糕又軟身。新鮮椰青 $38勁滿椰青水,勁清甜😋
