To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 觀塘平民台灣小店，店舖面積不大，但感覺溫馨。有QR code讓客人自行落單，唯一缺點是冷氣太弱，當日朋友食到成頭大汗。《$39 熔岩蛋之戀》⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️原價$49的火腿芝士蛋餅，薄薄的蛋餅表面煎到微脆，再加上千島醬，異常地配合。芝士份量好多，可以拉絲拉到好高，不過製作需時，當日蛋餅去到差唔多食完先上枱，食到尾感覺有點膩。《$48 脆炸鮮奶卷·古早芋泥二文治》⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️有別於平時食嘅炸鮮奶卷，呢一個咬落去唔會成口油，凍左都唔會淋哂，鮮奶涵流心度十足，又唔會太甜太膩。古早芋泥二文字，是用2塊餅夾住厚厚嘅芋泥。餅乾本身有加咗糖霜，好酥脆，加上份量十足的芋泥，口感綿密，高分之選。《$58 芒果魯肉飯》⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️魯肉飯飯量適中，淋上滿滿的醬汁，每啖飯都可以食到餸。魯肉偏瘦少少，味道唔會過鹹，加上香甜芒果粒帶出肉汁味，感覺清新又解膩，值得一試。《$55 辣椒大蔥牛肉飯》⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️飯量十足，醬汁份量控制得剛剛好，每啖飯有味之餘，又唔會令個飯好濕。牛肉用嘅係普通肥牛，配合辣椒大蔥食非常開胃。《$19 全手作芋頭鮮奶》⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️原價$38，細樽份量大約係一包半Temple紙巾。芋泥份量佔咗樽三份一，非常足料，客
