逢星期二都要去旺角學日文自自然然就會喺呢度食埋晚飯先去由於食啲連鎖餐廳已經食厭 所以都想搵返啲小店幫襯下今日行到來豉油街呢邊既pain perdu cafe睇門面以為佢係一間甜品舖但實際上佢係賣特色麵包嘅煙三文魚麵包$55淨係睇外貌應覺得呢個麵包好吸引係顏色方面佢有麵包嘅啡色 芝士嘅黃色 同埋三文魚嘅粉紅色呢三種顏色分別說明左麵包嘅用料三文魚嘅味道帶咸 係傳統煙三文魚嘅味道上面有少少香草帶出咗三文魚嘅香味食完夠三文魚會見到麵包其實係鋪上左芝士之後先去焗嘅所以芝士同麵包係黐埋一齊三文魚同麵包中間用咗少少黑楜椒調味當你以為麵包其實只係烘左一邊嘅時候俾我發現左麵包兩邊同上下都係脆既因為餐廳好用心咁將麵包上下都烘埋 令麵包更加美味芝士係用咗mozzarella 食落去有啲藕斷絲連嘅感覺整體來講覺得呢個麵包性價比高 不妨一試肉桂焦糖麵包$40除咗咸嘅麵包 佢地都有賣甜嘅麵包而甜嘅麵包一樣都係好出色同樣地麵包一樣係上下都烘過 食落去好趣唔知係咪麵包入邊搽咗啲蜜糖 食落去甜絲絲嘅上面嘅雲呢拿雪糕既凍中和左麵包嘅甜漏配合埋麵包嘅玉桂味感覺 好清新 好好食推介!
