門前的小小裝飾非常別緻~小店雖然是在人流暢旺的旺角,不過一走到店內就能感受到另一個角度的悠然氣紛~黑板中手畫的都是當天的special,天天新款喔!!而家多了一道文青氣店內裝飾均以簡約為主,一面潔白的油墻掛住小小雀籠作點綴,加上油和的木色木架,令人感到非常寫意店家主打的都是麵包啊!全部菜式都是以麵包為主,加配配料來吃,有咸有甜任君選擇!白菌芝士麵包$48Wow!!!!!造形100分!!兩種不同的芝士撒在自家的麵包上加埋白菌焗熱,都溶在外脆內軟的法包多士上,配合白菌的香氣,好好吃!相機食先是非識,芝士拉絲是必須!!我拉~長絲芝絲!!煙三文魚配芝士法包多士也是必吃的!!!基本上和白菌那個是異曲同弦的作法。不過配以煙三文魚呢就偏咸了點~甜品少不了的~哈蜜瓜混尼拿雪糕多士冰火交溶之作!!!麵包熱辣辣夠脆夠鬆軟不在話下,配上手作混尼拿雪糕,不算太漏,還有幾分清新,哈蜜瓜甜脆爽口,天作之合!!到最後。飲埋呢個血橙梳打作總結,條氣勁爽皮!!!味道是有點似橙汁溝西柚的味!夠氣夠冰涼!!爽爆!!! continue reading

呢間CAFE個名真係好特別呀 中文叫迷失的麵包!個次同朋友去左呢到食下野味道其實唔錯喎! 不過都係個句啦如果唔係靠宣傳、上網搵到 都唔會知道MK個到有呢一間野呀我同朋支叫左一份咸食同一份甜食 SHARE黎食咸食當然比我吸吸引住既係呢個芝士三重奏啦!!我未叫之前 已經見到隔離台係到玩拉絲 好似真係好好味咁呀!!大概等15分鐘左右 野食就陸續黎啦!芝士三重奏真係唔錯啊! 我覺得最重點都唔係D芝士..係個麵包 麵包真係好鬆化 好軟熟!!加埋D芝士真係好濃平時3~4點 口痕食呢個真係岩岩好!另外 就係甜點啦! 我地叫左芒果味麵包呢個又係好味既佢除左有D芒果既SAUCE之外呢佢仲有好多芒果粒麵包上面仲有兩球雪糕令到成個甜品無咁乾撈埋一齊食真係唔錯!!! continue reading

知道呢度有法式西多食, 當然即刻同朋友嚟試下! 店鋪細細地, 但裝潢幾雅致, 坐得舒適。白菌法式西多好香脆, 芝士拉到絲, 味道好濃郁, 仲有好香既菇菌味, 好正!甜既莓子法式西多比起咸既少左份油膩既感覺, 甜甜既蛋香, 脆脆既多士, 連同輕盈忌廉同雪糕, 好好味, 比起咸, 我更鍾意呢個!乳酪雪糕夠軟滑, 乳酸味重, 唔錯。香港好少地方有得食法式西多, 難得呢度有, 味道唔錯價錢唔貴, 絕對值得一試! continue reading

一向無包不歡嘅我,上次睇完搵食飯團之後,即刻上網search下呢間餐廳,原來都幾近我返工嘅地方喎,一於同同事來個包lunch啦! 呢度地方唔大,好在嗰日我哋都早來有位坐!套餐可以揀跟咖啡或者跟gelato。我同我同事就一人一個。杯雪糕都幾大杯喎,酸味味又creamy,好好食! 主角出場,呢度嘅麵包係由法國藍帶大廚親手整架,每個都烘到剛剛好,最鐘意佢外脆得黎又唔𠝹口。最仲要係個包仲係好暖粒粒架。 芝士三重奏- 鍾意食芝士嘅一定要叫呢個真係好香芝士味。我好鍾意食芝士但係唔認識芝士,但都食得出佢用嘅並唔係普通流嘢呀!Mozzarella 搵出來一絲絲的,巧正! Mixed Mushroom 白菌-芝士蘑菇當然係絕配,上面放咗好多蘑菇呀,蘑菇炒過味道同口感都剛剛好,配埋軟棉棉嘅芝士,飽晒!呢間餐廳的確可以再encore! continue reading

旺角這個旺區的餐廳食肆多不聲數,差不多每個星期或隔個星期都要出旺角行街或是約朋友食飯~早前跟朋友行街行到小小肚餓同想搵個地方休息,就去了這間以法式多士為主的餐廳試試吧!這個餐廳位置旺角豉油街,近旺角東港鐵線旁~門口以全個玻璃為主,掛了一些植物,感覺悠閒,如置身於花園小屋一樣~店內面積不算大,只有5-6個對著窗口的座位及店內3-4張枱,用感覺並不焗促!這裡是以法式多士,分別有鹹食及甜食,甜食的款式比鹹食多,還有其他精選小食及飲品,款式唔算多,不過這就是這間店舖的特色~而且每份多士都是即叫即製,所以如果人客多時就需要少少時間等候!白菌多士(HK$48)上碟已經聞到好香的芝士味,多士多盛有滿滿的芝士白菌,而旁邊就有沙律菜!芝士混著白菌,而且焗至表面微微香脆,白菌份量好多,芝士味香濃,跟沒有太多味道的白菌好夾,而多士焗得好香脆,份量適中,最岩下午茶時間又唔太餓果時食!煙三文魚多士(HK$55)而一份都是鹹食,點了煙三文魚~多士上有一層而焗到半熟的芝士醬,上面加了一塊煙三文魚~這份明顯芝士味沒之前果款重,很香的煙三文魚味,煙三文魚好嫩滑,配上外脆內軟的多士,口感十分豐富!蜜瓜多士(HK$50)而甜食的就選了比較特別口味的蜜瓜,甜食明顯是冷食~上面有一球溫尼拿雪糕及Cream,Cream中間加了一些蜜瓜粒粒,口感豐富!而多士旁也加了少許蜜糖,好香又不會過甜! continue reading
