Steak Omakase分別有熟成醬油牛肋骨、和牛羽下肉、韓國五花肉,而是日熟成牛肉就係美國極級和牛。熟成醬油牛肋骨嘅肉質果然好柔軟又嫩口,再加埋用醬油醃製過,真係無懈可擊。而韓國五花肉看似肥膩,但經過燒烤之後,會溜走多餘嘅油脂,而且五花肉嘅油脂燒烤之後就會變得香脆甘香,所以絕對值得推介。

另外店員推介我哋試和牛三角,一客有4件,每件切成長方體,非常整齊,而且佢嘅油脂分布非常平均,用烤肉方法去烹調令和牛更香口。

我覺得呢一餐真係一個好好嘅體驗,無論食物質素定服務都非常優質,Steak Omakase以$380/位呢個價錢享用到呢種質素,呢餐真係令我好滿足!
