To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已經幫襯過好幾次，主要環境舒式，取餐時冇出現一窩蜂人潮。菜式都有更新。生蠔，青口，蝦次類海鮮都新鮮，對得起價錢。我喜歡刺身方面，新鮮好味。另外值得一讚係甜品方面，每次都有驚喜，今次嘅榴槤包食到好滿足，咬落去一口榴槤cream，好豐富。熱盤雖然都係大路嘢，但味道好，一樣食得開心。雪糕可以配搭窩夫另加配料，好玩。今次去到多咗一款驚喜，就係片皮鴨，我好鍾意，來回攞咗幾次，雖然係自助餐，但都冇慳皮，印象中係塊麵皮厚咗少少。以呢個價錢，絕對推介。
