To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好友從加拿大返港度假,約出嚟見面,順便飯聚。友人連續一星期食中菜,應該有點膩,所以專登訂了日本菜,廚師發辦。剛好有推廣,逢星期二到星期日有十三貫壽司,價錢$766,還有折扣,真係好抵食。首先係清新沙律醒醒胃。茶碗蒸非常滑溜。真鯛,肉質充滿煙靱感。深海池魚肥美。炙燒文甲,焦香滿溢。牡丹蝦有漿口感。喜歡北寄貝淋了青檸汁,清爽。間八加了少少三星漬,另味道多了一個層次。赤貝非常爽脆,柚子皮加添淸香味美。大拖羅油份充足。馬糞海膽太滋味。bb銀雪魚嫩滑。黑鯥魚油份高。赤身採用醬油漬,味道濃厚。炙燒左口魚邊,油脂滿滿。最後係蔥吞拿魚手卷一碗麵豉湯,完美。
