冬至就到,家族聚餐定在這里,餐廳位於觀塘工廠大廈地舖,離地鐵站有一段路,餐廳裝修得光潔典雅中國風,座無虛席非常熱鬧,看看菜牌琳瑯滿目,傳統菜式新派菜式都有,任君選擇,而且價錢實惠,食得開心又放心。聚餐開始,傳統菜式陸續上台,潮州菜當然是鹵水鵝,首先是鹵水掌翼蚊得入味夠淋,食完一碟又再添,跟住有鹵水鵝頭頸,鹵水大腸,鹵水乳鴿鵝肝鮑魚,冷盤就已經食左幾碟,好過癮。跟住熱葷上台,豉椒鵝腸,鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉,蜜糖燒白鱔,竹炭豆腐,啫啫芥蘭煲, 上湯豆苗,魚肚勝瓜煲,松露蝦多士,脆皮炸子雞,沙律海鮮卷,總共十幾個菜,吃得不亦樂乎,餐廳上菜速度快,服務都唔錯,從頭到尾都有熱茶飲,在人手短缺的時勢算是很好。豐富的節日聚餐收費平均每人200多元,算是性價比高的地方,識飲識食的人總會找到最好的餐廳。👍👍
